No contact from my advisor after I dropped my vehicle off. I text and called the number with no response and finally called the main number to see if my vehicle was done. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle I was sent to 4 different people and no one knew where my keys were. I asked about the look at my rims, nothing noted on the sheet. After 15 minutes I was advised it was being reviewed and I would get a follow up call. I have not received a call, I called a week later and got no answer and still do not know the status as of writing this response. This was my worst service experience so far since purchasing my vehicle. More

After explaining to the dealership and mechanics that the transmission still wasn't working properly and that the engine temperature gage wasn't working. We were told it was normal. We immediately took it to another gmc dealership where they found metal in the transmission fluid? , and recognized the noise and said it was definitely not normal. They also found that the temperature guage in the engine wasn't working either, which was causing other issues with the car. We were very disappointed that Regal wouldn't take the time to listen to us, and thoroughly check the vehicle. More
