Dealer didn't verify that they had the proper parts even though I made the appointment a week in advance. If they would have notified me I wouldn't have wasted half a day and gallons of gas. Took my car in 3 times for the same issue w/in my 90 day period only for them to leave me stranded this weekend without a way to get around. Either they don't know how to fix the issue, or they are patching period only for them to leave me stranded this weekend without a way to get around. Either they don't know how to fix the issue, or they are patching it up each time waiting for the 90-day period to run out so that they can pin the faulty engine on the other warranty company. They are full of excuses, "Sorry the rental car place is close at 2 pm" Yes sir I realized that which is why I made arrangements first thing in the morning so that we don't get to this point. So they sold me a car with a faulty engine, They refused to take it back, they refused to swap it out, and the worst part of all is that they can't seem to fix the faulty engine. I do not wish for any human being to go through this. Take it from me don't do business with this dealer. More
