Just a bad time 1st had a lease was turning it in and buying a new one as my wife was also going to trade in her SUV for a new one. I was told if I want to buy the 1st had a lease was turning it in and buying a new one as my wife was also going to trade in her SUV for a new one. I was told if I want to buy the one I am leasing it would cost me another $3000 as the value was not there???? So we through we had a deal on a nice black SUV - sales rep came back from the office tossed the new total on the desk - hello added $1000 for paying cash??? added another $1000 for no trade in???? and YES!! one more $1000 for not using their credit - hello?? Jacked the price up $3000. We should just left however, my wife saw a nice silver SUV - made a deal - however, on this SUV they did not add any extra money. New SUV????? are you ready we are driving it home - wife says this SUV has over 3600 miles on it??? NEW???? 2 hours on a Friday night on the phone. Sat took it back and got one with 10 miles on it. We had a hitch put on and I am not even going to take the time to say not good. GM great product that is why we made the purchase - been driving and buying from the dealership for about 16+ years never again. More

Phenomenal customer service I had the most positive experience with Mike and Michael at Regal GMC, they were able to get me into the vehicle I wanted at a price that I could affo I had the most positive experience with Mike and Michael at Regal GMC, they were able to get me into the vehicle I wanted at a price that I could afford. At first when they couldn’t make the deal happen, they did not try to force another vehicle on me or pressure me. They wanted the opportunity to earn my business and said they would continue to work on it. That night they called and said they worked it out to a deal that I could afford and I drove home my new vehicle the next day. They were amazing. More
