BUYER BEWARE: If you want to save a ton of headaches, do not ever buy a car from any Regal dealership in Lakeland! They cannot be trusted! They sold us a car with faulty airbags after telling us that they w not ever buy a car from any Regal dealership in Lakeland! They cannot be trusted! They sold us a car with faulty airbags after telling us that they would fix it. Before we knew what was really wrong with the airbags, they let my husband drive off the lot twice with our 3 year old son knowing that airbags would not deploy in case of an accident. They said it would cost $4700 to fix and that we were on our own. With the help from our lawyer and finding a fraudulenty signed "as is" contract they concocted from their finance department, they finally agreed to take the car back and give us a refund. They also took my husband's handgun and an extra loaded magazine from the center console of his car without his permission! We got our money and everything back but we just want to share our story so that this does not happen to anyone else. We definitely learned our lesson after dealing with these people. More
