Everyone was awesome! Best buying a new car experience I have ever had. Michael Hughes,after the sale was made went above and beyond any thing I expected. He took my handicap scooter power lift on the back of my Chevy Traverse that I traded in and mounted it on the back of my new truck. No easy task. Not only that he wired it so that I could use it on the new truck. My wife and I greatly appreciated that. Now I would like to talk about Darrell Montgomery. I have never in my 75 years seen such a great salesman. Darrell cares only about one thing and that is helping you anyway he can. I have called him many times since the sale about high tech issues and he is always helping me understand how things work. No words can adequately describe Darrell, he is simply the best there is. According to my window sticker from when I purchased this truck, I have two year free maintenance, I didn’t receive that. Secondly I’m now missing the valve stem cap on my rear passenger tire and lastly I do truck, I have two year free maintenance, I didn’t receive that. I have tools and bins in my back seat that don’t move, luckily it didn’t damage the leather. More
I know you’d love to think that you’re different, but you’re just as crappy as any other car dealer that I’ve ever dealt with. Don’t keep your promises. Still haven’t received items that were promised to me when I picked up my vehicle. Only getting the second star because the people were genuinely pleasant and at least the finance guy took ownership of his error And produce a letter I could send to the credit bureau’s to get my reports fixed and eight erroneous inquiries removed More
