Outstanding service from the service advisor whom was on vacation to the technician that performed the work on the vehicle. The technician took the time to explain the engine failure in detail. The advisor made sure the paperwork was completed and explained the warranty of the reman engine. Work was also completed in a timely manner during the week of Christmas.
