No contact from my advisor after I dropped my vehicle off. I text and called the number with no response and finally called the main number to see if my vehicle was done. When I arrived to pick up my veh off. I text and called the number with no response and finally called the main number to see if my vehicle was done. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle I was sent to 4 different people and no one knew where my keys were. I asked about the look at my rims, nothing noted on the sheet. After 15 minutes I was advised it was being reviewed and I would get a follow up call. I have not received a call, I called a week later and got no answer and still do not know the status as of writing this response. This was my worst service experience so far since purchasing my vehicle. More
