They do not care about you. I waited 2 1/2 hours for the finance person and I had a 2:00pm appointment to set with him. Then on my first oil change I had 7:15 am appointment rec I waited 2 1/2 hours for the finance person and I had a 2:00pm appointment to set with him. 2015 GMC issues were not resolved; however, I was told it was done and checked, and I was told the oil change was done, but it was not. I paid over 1400, and the issues were resolved. There is no call back for concern due to it being a GMC 2015 Yukon XL… even though I have an extended warranty, I’ve been mistreated. Rob don not care for the five kids. Travel in the vehicle Electrical problems have not been resolved. More
