Not what I expected from regal I choose to bring my car to regal because of its reputation for its work and customer service. That was not the case. Even when I followed up and was being taken care of it still came off as it’s not on us or you don’t know what your talking about. When In the end everything I brought up was definitely on you guys. Also the communication was below average. When you have someone’s care for a week you should have weekly updates and not just text messages that are not even responded to. More

Smooth and easy I’m from Michigan so I didn’t know where to take my Equinox. Fortunately Regal Chevy came up as being close to me.
