Every time I bring my vehicle to Regal I am treated like a member of the family. This time it was Dee at The Body Shop and Jarrett at the service department. Incompetence in every aspect. Many of the phone operators are unintelligible. Calling for updates, no one knew the status of my car. Said they’d call back. No call back. So unorganized what should take 10 minutes leads to an hour waiting or sending you to building that doesn’t have your car or knows anything about you being there for any service then send you back where y hour waiting or sending you to building that doesn’t have your car or knows anything about you being there for any service then send you back where you started and Mgr goes to look for your car because they have no clue where it is. I was put off dropping car off because no one could find keys to another customers car so I waited till everyone was done looking then I was given attention.
