I was there two days in a row believe me I experienced it I don’t want my name posted because dealership will call me I don’t need anything you asked my opinion I gave an accurate view from a new customer and the hassle it was a Regal from finance department to service it’s not good you need to evaluate your team when no one’s looking send a secret customer in to see your operation!
