Jessica was amazing. Arrived a little early for my oil change and she got me in and out quickly. Such a wonderful and friendly lady to work with. I didn’t buy my Silverado at Regal’s, but we’ve been buy Chevys for over 40 years now and every time I’ve gotten a recall on this truck or our past vehicles while wintering in Lakeland Regal Chevrolet steps up and does it 1000 percent!!!! From the minute I called until my service is complete, it’s always been top shelf service. Four or five plus years ago I was heading out of town alone on a 3 hour car trip, nervous as can be, when my tire pressure indicator came on! I knew I was going to drive right by your dealership so I thought I’d just pop in. I went in and explained my problem and within minutes I had a service person ready to fix me up and get me on my way! More
