You call service to make an appointment, when you finally get through and set the appointment and then show up the people in service have no idea why you are there. Your appointment isn’t on the schedule. Brought my car in for the eco boost application and got the car back with a broken radio antenna. I told service and they had me bring the car in for a whole day to run test on it. Then they tell me it’s gonna be another ten days before the new antenna can be installed. What a crock. We bought this car because my wife liked Chevy and she does most of the driving. But she will not deal with Regal Chevy any more. I myself I like Ford. So I’m taking my money and going to buy a Ford next time out. I do like Dealing with Kevin in service, but one person out of a whole company doesn’t sit well with me. More
