I swore I would never do business at Regal again. When I called up to ask about the 2019 Chevy 2500's Meagan answered, I told her from the get-go what happened earlier this year. She asked me to give her a shot to earn my business. She was upfront, honest, kind, and genuine. Made the truck buying process incredibly easy, I am completely satisfied with the purchase of my new 2019 2500 High Country. Meagan has also followed up promptly about my lift and accessories. I plan on buying from her again in 2 years. Interested to see how the new service department treats me in a few days. More

Worst experience I went in for an oil change they broke my wheel stud took a week to come in and then a week later I call and get told they wrecked my truck by not tig I went in for an oil change they broke my wheel stud took a week to come in and then a week later I call and get told they wrecked my truck by not tightening the front left studs which then fell off test driving it.
