New truck, oil leak, problem fixed. I recently purchased a brand new 2019 Chevrolet 2500 from Regal Chevrolet. I have had the vehicle for four months. I noticed after a recent oil change I recently purchased a brand new 2019 Chevrolet 2500 from Regal Chevrolet. I have had the vehicle for four months. I noticed after a recent oil change that the vehicle was leaking oil noticably on my driveway. I called and spoke with Lisa in the service department and scheduled an appointment. Although I was upset that a brand new truck had an oil leak, they brought it in, gave me a truck to drive in the meantime and fixed the problem. Very happy with the professionalism and courteous treatment I received from Lisa and the staff in service there. They made me happy with my purchase again. Thank you Regal. More
Service Appt. When I called to make a service appointment, I called the Bartow Road number and asked for the service dept. The women at the other end said she coul When I called to make a service appointment, I called the Bartow Road number and asked for the service dept. The women at the other end said she could help me make a service appt. When I came to my appt on Bartow Road, they said I had no appt and when he checked, the appt was made for the Lakeland Hills Blvd. The women on the phone never asked me my service location and because I called the Bartow road number I assumed that was my service location. I guess to never assume! Kevin Colley could not have been more accommodating. He got my car serviced with all my needs provided and arranged transportation to and from my home. More

Service Recently I brought equinox in for a bad sensor on my tire.They reset it and it did it again. I stopped in and made another appointment. They said they Recently I brought equinox in for a bad sensor on my tire.They reset it and it did it again. I stopped in and made another appointment. They said they would replace it. When it was done they reset it again. Said if it did this again they would replace it. I don’t have time to keep taking it in and my warranty will be up soon. I have always had good service until now. I retired from GM and stuck with their autos. First time with service I am not feeling good about it. More
Pleased I recently received a recall notice for my Tahoe so I called to schedule an appointment. I arrived on time an I was out the door in one hour. I went in to get an oil change for my Chevy Cruise and Lisa came to find me to tell us Misael Ortega and Lisa Guthire were so pleasant and friendly. I went in to get an oil change for my Chevy Cruise and Lisa came to find me to tell us that there was more that needed to be done with my car.....I was totally not expecting that. I decided to trade my Cruze to a new Chevy Trax. Misael was very helpful and very polite to me. I would highly recommend going to this dealership. More

The Rep kept raving as to how "filthy" my lines were and they all needed flushing -- I finally gave in; however, again the car has only 20K miles on it and I've never had any type of problem and I've NEVER had any lines flushed, AND anyone with any experience at all knows that when oil needs changing, IT IS ALWAYS FILTHY. (A few years ago when I took a new car in for servicing and the Rep asked if I ever used my brakes because the pads looked unused. But on the very next servicing, a Rep approached and said that the brake pads were really bad and needed replacing. When I hesitated, he said, we've already started replacing them. I felt trapped and agreed to the replacement, but I didn't return to Regal for several years -- even to buy a new car) 4. I went in for a nail in the tread and was told that all of the tires needed replacing (the car has only 20K miles) and I got no paperawork with the type of tires put on the car. "Dire need" for tilres is not the same as "Recommended" as noted on the bill. 5. I took a coupon with me and when I paid, the Rep said she gave me a discount of $90 -- the bill shows a discount of $40. More
