Not what I expected from regal I choose to bring my car to regal because of its reputation for its work and customer service. That was not the case. Also the communication was below average. When you have someone’s care for a week you should have weekly updates and not just text messages that are not even responded to. More

Smooth and easy I’m from Michigan so I didn’t know where to take my Equinox. Fortunately Regal Chevy came up as being close to me. I called and was quickly transferred to service and set up with an appointment the same afternoon. As soon as I arrived a man took my vehicle while I waited comfortably in the lounge. I got a call when it was ready, a quick bit of paperwork, and my freshly serviced and washed Equinox was ready. All in all a good experience. More
