Thank you for your feedback, I looked up your records and you were here for just under 2 hours. We apologize for the inconvenience if the timing was misunderstood, but for both an oil change and alignment this timing is typical. A detailing was not on your records as a service purchased, we did however complete a courtesy exterior car wash, with the option to upgrade to a detail, that was declined. We pride ourselves in customer service and want all of our customer to feel 100% satisfied when they leave our service department, we turn on the AC because it is extremely hot in FL and we want our customers to enter a vehicle that has been cooled down for them. We apologize again for the inconvenience.
