We bought a $63,000 truck, Matt had another customer come in as we were finishing up the deal, so we thought we would be nice and let him wait on the customer and we would come back the next Saturday with a in as we were finishing up the deal, so we thought we would be nice and let him wait on the customer and we would come back the next Saturday with any questions. We got home no book so we were at a loss as to how to operate some of the features. Called Matt he said he would have it at his desk this Saturday along with the special floor matts we had ordered. We got to Regal, no book (until sales manager went and found one) and no floor matts and service dept closed. Their answer come back on Monday to get them, so I guess we take time off from work to go make yet ANOTHER trip to Regal to get them. We have bought 18 GM cars/trucks and this was by far the worst customer service. Not happy But we do have to give a special thank you to Pete Wicher who ran us through some features of the truck. Right now this is probably not a big deal trucks are had to find on any lot, but with the economy sliding you had better learn good customer service to sell a vehicle. More
