The experience with the service department was great. They provided me with information on my vehicle as far as the warranty goes in case I were to have to use it in another state. I'm very disappointed. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change. The next morning when I moved my car out of the garage, there was oil on the floor. Looks like the tech sp I brought my vehicle in for an oil change. The next morning when I moved my car out of the garage, there was oil on the floor. Looks like the tech spilled oil when changing it. After further investigation, I found that the shroud under the engine was full of oil and steadily leaking down from the frame. I had to remove it and clean it. Not what I expect from professionals at the dealership. Also, the technician did not re-secure the air filter cover when checking it. I noticed it while I changed it. So, I'm not satisfied with the quality of service received from the dealership! More
