Darnell sold us both of our Subarus. He was attentive without being pushy and accommodating to all of our questions. Sadly, he has left Reedman Toll for another position. Quick, efficient. Minimal wait time. Since it's new, no charge for either visit. I like to talk to a real person to schedule appointments, I did have to make multiple calls until a live person answered the phone. Overall, service for buying and maintaining my car has been a good experience. More

I had a 10:30 AM appointment for an oil change. At 12:30 PM, I asked for an update and was told they were behind and my car had not gone in yet. Why even make an appointment. I was happy with the experience until 3 weeks later when I found out that either the sales rep, his supervisior, the finance department or some combination of the three had completely screwed me (with help I found out that either the sales rep, his supervisior, the finance department or some combination of the three had completely screwed me (with help from someone at Colonial Nissan.) I was getting out of my Nissan lease early to get into a Subaru- upon dropping off my Nissan a manager there said he wanted to buy my car. He spoke to the sales rep who was helping me at Subaru- the two of them worked out some deal that was supposed to lower my payments, but changed my original offer. Whatever the Subaru finance department was supposed to do "took too long" so the Nissan guy bailed on his end of the deal, leaving me on the hook for $3,951.81, due in less than a month from me finding out about it. Of course there is no paperwork showing what was supposed to happen, only text messages between myself & both men from the dealerships blaming eachother for what is now my four thousand dollar problem. Zero people have been helpful to get this resolved, & I have to magically come up with this money I do not have- I was not even made aware of the possibility of this happening. I dont know what what any of these people gained out of this situation but I do blame myself for being naiive enough to let predatory sales reps take advantage of me with shady business practices. Even though I love the car I deeply regret spending my money here & will never do business with either dealership again. More
