Had a confirmed appointment for a simple oil change. Service on my car did not begin until I had already waited for 90 minutes. BECAUSE they took walk ins ahead of the confirmed appointments. Went there for a tire rotation and oil change. Received call stating everything was completed. When I went to pick up car, I know the tires were not rotated because I use chalk to mark them up t Received call stating everything was completed. Mechanic agreed that he did not do it. 15 minutes later I was told I owe 90 dollars because THEY broke a bolt. They should had stopped if the bolt was difficult to remove and ask me if they should continue or not as it could break. Should not wait until after you break something to tell customer . . too bad you owe us now. More

I leased my car through a leasing company in NY and Edward Otterbein delivered it to me back in 2021. When my lease was coming to an end I reached out to Edward to see how I could buy out my lease. He told me I had to drive to the dealership which was an hour and a half from me to purchase the vehicle. When I asked if I could goto a dealership near me I was told they would charge me close to a $1000.00 for a vehicle safety check and they would do it complimentary since the vehicle came from that dealership. Upon reviewing the documentation at home I realized the safety check was worked into the buy out price. When I called and asked Ed about this he was beating around the bush and referred me to his supervisor who refunded me for half of the amount. When I was finalizing the paperwork I worked with Curtis who told me I was getting employee pricing for the extended warranty which was nearly $4000.00, I clearly asked if I could service the vehicle at a Jeep dealership near me which he informed me yes to find out the dealership near me only worked with Mopar and he sold me Zurich. I canceled the warranty a week after I purchased it and it took approximately 2 months to get the refund, I also refinanced with my credit union who I wanted to go through from the beginning, however they told me I had to go though the companies they worked with. I was naive to the lease but out process and feel like I was bamboozled by these guys. Just a heads up for people they deal with in the future. Edward Otterbein no longer works for Jeep and is working with Subaru. More
