Why is Reeder still charging anywhere from 3k to 10k over the MSRP in December 2022. Most chevy dealers in East TN are now at MSRP or slightly below. Example, Carlen Chevy in Cookeville TN is a very small de the MSRP in December 2022. Most chevy dealers in East TN are now at MSRP or slightly below. Example, Carlen Chevy in Cookeville TN is a very small dealership that since day one of the "chip shortage" has chosen to sell at MSRP. A bigger dealership (Beaty) also sells at MSRP. Think about this the next time anyone buys a car from Reeder, you are paying sales tax on that 3k to 10k over the sticker price. I have bought no less than 4 new vehicles from Reeder since the 80's, however, I will never buy another one. The sales people have an attitude!. Service is terrible. Reeder Chevrolet’s Auto-body shop is fantastic. I rarely review services however; these guys were amazing. My 2022 Corvette was taken into the facility in November of 21. Despite the supply chain problems, they sourced the parts and did a superb job on the repair. I would not hesitate to refer anyone to this facility. They went above and beyond for me and I didn’t even buy the car there. They coordinated a weekend delivery, sourced parts efficiently, and i really appreciated the communication I received. With respect to the repair, all the gaps between the hood, fenders, and bumper were even. From my limited knowledge of auto body repair, this is how you can measure a quality repair job. The paint matched perfectly. If you have the misfortune of needing a repair, they are an excellent choice. More

Went to the dealership to purchase a new C8 Corvette. We asked for their Corvette Specialist and the young salesperson told us the Sales Manager was the one to talk with regarding Corvettes. I had my build sheet with desired options in hand as well as my checkbook for the deposit but the Sales Manager, while we were standing right in front of him at his desk refused to speak with us. He directed the young salesperson to get another person to talk with us. That person asked what we wanted and after a short discussion told us that perhaps we might get a 2022 because the Corvette is the most desired car in America. There was absolutely zero interest in helping us so we took ourselves and our deposit to another dealer. More

(they probably considered covid-19) Next step , they said they willing to send title to local California DMV Office, main time the DMV Office closed due to coronavirus lockdown until beginning of May in best case scenario . So when i was buying vehicle they didn't care about doing legal paperwork over email,( who they protect? ) but now to cover legality of registration they willing to send paperwork to lockdowned office because of the " company policy" , company policy can't be above the LAW. We didn't financed vehicle.,it was paid in full. We offered to send vehicle back because they held title due to the " policy" but they don't want to pay for shipping back and forth . We have a lot of damages and we feel legally unprotected. People who working here are rude and arrogant. More
