Our salesman with Reeder has always been Akwasi Okoreeh-Baah and we will never buy a car from anyone else. His professionalism, honesty and customer satisfaction is above any that we have experienced when purchasing a car and we could not be happier. More
Thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The sales and finance team were friendly and knowledgeable. They did not pressure us into a sale. Will be using them again in the future. The service department was fair and honest. Sometimes you can tell who a company truly is when they make a mistake. They had my dad's car for 3 weeks trying to fix it. It was in bad shape. They Sometimes you can tell who a company truly is when they make a mistake. They had my dad's car for 3 weeks trying to fix it. It was in bad shape. They put a new computer in the car and when they found out that my dad did not need the new computer, they did not do what I have seen other dealerships do and double down and make up a reason for us to still pay them. No, they owned their mistake and told my dad that he wouldn't have to pay. It was a really expensive part that they couldn't take back out of my dad's car. In the long run we found out that my dad's car could not be fixed within his budget, (he is on a fixed income) so the service manager decided not to charge my dad for the computer. I have dealt with a lot of dealerships and have not come across this kind of honesty and fairness, well ever. From the mechanic who worked tirelessly on the car to the service manager, your honesty and kindness is greatly appreciated. In my eyes you are above the rest in knoxville when it comes to integrity. I am forever a customer. Thank you very much. -Christina More
I went in for an oil change after i paid the cashier the appointment manager comes up to me asking if i was new in town or did i just move here and what year was my vehicle and where did i buy it, I quess h appointment manager comes up to me asking if i was new in town or did i just move here and what year was my vehicle and where did i buy it, I quess he was trying to break the ice, he ask me to come out and start the vehicle i thought he was going to make sure everything was done o.k. the next thing i know he ask me if he could make Reeder my dealer of choice and register my vehicle with them,i said it was already registered with West Chevrolet were i bought the vehicle new in 2020 then he proceeds to start playing with my OnStar button, and wants to give me an OnStar free trial for month, i said No that i already went through that when i bought the vehicle new in 2020 and that i did not want it free or other wise, the next thing i know he has me talking to someone on OnStar asking me all kinds of questions i told the woman that all i came in for was an oil change not to be aggravated by all this bulll xxxx,so i pressed the End Call button. It seemed obvious to me, that he put me down as a new car buyer so he can activate the OnStar system and try to get me to subscribe to OnStar so he can get some type of kickback money. to me this is no different than a Scam. i need not say that i will not be going back there again if if i have to pay more money somewhere else. Tried my best to call their service dept. .TWICE. First, the ph# on the website is wrong. Next, when I finally get through, I am transferred two more times, only to wait on hold for 9 mins. Du .TWICE. First, the ph# on the website is wrong. Next, when I finally get through, I am transferred two more times, only to wait on hold for 9 mins. During this time I was reading reviews online. By the time they finally picked up, I told them I would just call someone else that actually wanted my money. Wouldn't even dream of buying a car here. More
