A few moments in the beginning of frustration with the sales process taking too long, but in the end a great experience. There was a bit of a mix up with a car that was believed to be secured and ended up sales process taking too long, but in the end a great experience. Jon went above and beyond when my son went looking for his first car. They found a great car at the price we were looking for. My son had to get my wife and my permission to buy the car so he said he woul his first car. They found a great car at the price we were looking for.
