Jay Saved the Deal - Go See Him! Once my wife and I decided it was finally time to get serious about finding a new car I quickly dove into researching and contacting different dealers Once my wife and I decided it was finally time to get serious about finding a new car I quickly dove into researching and contacting different dealerships. A friend of ours recommended that we go into Reed and speak with Jay. We drove over to the dealership one night but Jay wasn't available. We spent about an hour with a different salesperson but ended up leaving unsatisfied with the way that the process was going. Over the next couple of days we continued shopping around and getting quotes over the phone, via email, and from True Car. Just before reaching a deal with a different dealership our friends told us once more that we have to talk with Jay before doing anything. Since we were in the area we decided to swing by Reed one more time and wait for Jay. We're so glad that we did! Jay went over the different options available on each level of the vehicle that we were interested in and didn't pressure us at all to move up. Jay beat the competitors' prices and was awesome to deal with. I would definitely recommend to anyone that is in the market for a new vehicle to start your search with Jay Gonell. We wish that we had! You'll save yourself a lot of hassle (and probably $) if you do. More
