I began by purchasing the vehicle through the "Express I began by purchasing the vehicle through the "Express Cars" portion of the website which was easy enough and hassle/haggle free. This was very important to us due to the fact that my wife is 8 months pregnant and we had our 18 month old daughter with us. We are still in Covid times and the ability to limit our presence in the dealership was paramount. Unfortunately, shortly after we got to the dealership and started the buying process, our supposed haggle-free experience evolved into a two hour negotiation event. This did not align with my expectations from my conversation with Rachel the internet sales manager or from what I read online regarding the "Express Cars" buying experience. When I spoke on the phone with Rachel, she said that the trade-in value could sometimes fluctuate a few hundred dollars, but as long as there were no surprises I will receive very close to the amount. My trade-in was quoted at ~$20,200 online and they only offered my $16,500 initially. By the end of it I was able to get them to offer me $19,500 for my trade. This was after a TON of back and forth and teeth pulling. Our trade-in is in near perfect condition and what they had offered me initially was well below even the lowest trade in value in poor condition. After two hours my wife and I had call it quits. The individual handling our sale would not budge and we were still somehow nearly $2000 away from my advertised "Express Cars" price online. I was literally fighting for the no-haggle price that was advertised to me online and what i discussed over the phone with Rachel. At the end of the day, we lost a ton of our time and spent hours in a dealership (an experience we were trying to avoid). I'm not sure what the expectation is for these "Express Car" deals,but this turned out to be a bait and switch. My wife and I both agreed that it felt like a strategy to get us in the door and squeeze more money out of us. Will definitely be avoiding this dealer and urging others to do the same. More

On January 12, I went there to do oil change, the lady on the cashier got pissed simply because I told her there has been a problem on the system, for the past few months they couldn't find my name in there and I have not collected any points. Very impolite, nasty attitude she made a scene, everybody on the line behind me was shocked. I asked to talk a manager, I explained to him my question to the lady, he find out Yes there's a problem for more than 7 months they have not added any points for me. At the end, I realized this is not the first time I experience such a bestial behavior at Reed Nissan, And I refuse to spend my money to a business that's not values its customer. I traded my car the same day, I bought a Toyota. Reed Nissan is not a company that i will never do business with again. More
The Sales manager was very condescending about how I should try to afford my monthly payments. I advised Them of my budget and they weren’t able to work with me.. fine next car lot. Hello My Name Is Althea Farquaharson and I’m the owner of a 2016 Nissan Rogue my rear view mirror broke took it to Reed Nissan and was told that the mirror came with the windshield so therefore I need a new a 2016 Nissan Rogue my rear view mirror broke took it to Reed Nissan and was told that the mirror came with the windshield so therefore I need a new windshield which come with the rear view mirror I was a bit reluctant but I said ok, Now they change the wind shield And I was told I now have pay for a mirror I was so hurt to see I trusted these people and they lied to me and totally ripped me off and it’s my understanding they could have just change the mirror and not my wind shield and I’m now out of almost $1400 which I don’t have this is so wrong and I have to make it known. We were told it would be ready but just now being told it has no power steering?! And of course it needs to come out of our pocket! No communication at all! They take advantage of you and refuse to check what is under warranty. I can no longer drive and needed this vehicle back so my fiance could get to work and now it will probably sit for another few months until parts come in. Do they care? xxxx no. This place is absolute trash. Guess we have to call consumer affairs again. What's worse is that we signed these documents for the settlement and just now tell us the truck is not driveable? They are the worst dealership/service I have ever dealt with. So now we can't get to work. Baby is due next week and we only have one vehicle. Utter trash, DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! More
I inquired about a used car. I travel for business (the car business so I know all of their policies and procedures) and they left me hanging until I came home and they informed me it was sold. How complacent can you be when the entire world adapted to the pandemic and updated their policies with home buying?!?!? More

This is really bad!!! We bought a brand new 2021 Rogue fully loaded, except for the mirror that has the garage door button. Apparently, they don’t include them anymore and didn’t tell us. But the nightmare began, 5 days later, when the oil light came on. There was no oil in the car???? How can this happen. Buyer beware. Make sure you check the pol level before you leave the dealership. More

And i do have to add Josh in the end he was so sweet, he was helping us (me and my sister) with our phone connection. Overall my experience was really great. More
