He was given the option for them to fix the vehicle (but was told that there would be opportunities with this truck in the future) or he could trade it in and they would give him the best trade possible. Mind you, he had owned this truck for 2 weeks. We lost $10,000 to this dealership who should be ashamed of themselves. Spend your hard earned money anywhere but here. P.S. They aren’t even going to put the truck they took back from my husband on the lot due to the amount of work, so they are going to sell it wholesale. Just SHAMEFUL More
Would not recommend taking your vehicle here for any repairs. I had an appointment to fix my diesel truck in February 2022.. it sat there and sat there. I keep calling to get updates and since they only repairs. I had an appointment to fix my diesel truck in February 2022.. it sat there and sat there. I keep calling to get updates and since they only have 1 diesel mechanic, it hadn’t been looked at. I explained to them that I was moving to Georgia and I needed the truck (this was now end of March) still not fixed. Had to move and keep the truck there. I try to see if they could just trade it in and I would get a new one from them. They low balled the crap out me trying to have 11,000 dollars roll over on a new vehicle from them. I go out there to get all the stuff out of my truck since I am moving now, and it is sitting in the back of the parking lot, looking like it hasn’t moved since the day I dropped it off… garbage!!! Complete garbage… So now me and my family are at a new location stuck with one vehicle. I continue up to call them and no one ever gives me a call back like I am told every time. Finally get ahold of someone and now the truck is “top priority” (that was 3 weeks ago) then they tell me oh it’s going to be 4000 dollars to get it fixed.. that is on top of me now having to buy a plane ticket and go thru the airport hassle and get up there and then drive it all the way back.. I asked if they would just buy it out right from me. They still haven’t gotten back to me with a price.. which is weird since it is now MAY and my truck has been sitting with them since FEBRUARY… but no one can get back with me on a price.. which I’m sure it will be some LOW BALL price trying to get me to pay 4000 to fix it and probably 10000 to get to payoff.. I will keep everyone updated on how crappy their offer is. DO NOT GO HERE!! They prey and feed off people in tight spots.. especially service members that have no other choice More
Don't know why I have to ask for MY parts back BEFORE they work on it, when I own the car and every part that's in the car. I didn't have time to wait for they to "find" the parts that I had replaced. B they work on it, when I own the car and every part that's in the car. I didn't have time to wait for they to "find" the parts that I had replaced. But throwing away or keeping parts without asking us is stealing. I shouldn't have to ask for my own stuff back. It should be the other way around. Also, called a week 1/2 to make sure they would could work on my car if I bought my own parts, since it wasn't a GM. But when I got to my appointment they act like they wasn't sure. Then try to charge me double the price I was told over the phone for fuel injection cleaning and replace spark plugs and 1 coil. So I could only afford one thing done, because I only brought the amount I was told over the phone. More
My very painful buying experience was on February 11th, 2022; The management response to my concern; was not a priority for newly purchase used vehicle which, I spent $40,000. They never tried to addr 2022; The management response to my concern; was not a priority for newly purchase used vehicle which, I spent $40,000. They never tried to address and resolve my concern; they keep pushing the responsibility back on me, after I complained of a front end issue with my vehicle; Tahoe 2016 LS, 71,000 miles. It sound and felt like it was falling apart up in front, after I put it on the open road, because the test, couldn’t go far, no gas was in vehicle. All I had was rude interaction especially with Service Department; the lady first name started with a “B” which my opinion shouldn’t be customer facing. I stood in the parking lot after our interaction, she drove by my wife and I, she revved her engine in front of us so loud it was so clearly directed toward us. We never disrespected her; clearly we wanted the vehicle serviced; It was so unprofessional. She wanted to give us a $700 billed, so we explained to her we only had the for the vehicle for five days; why are we getting a bill. She had a bad attitude. So I, ask for the Manager. Service Department Manager first start with letter “K” took me in a room; after I brought the vehicle back twice, said it’s the tires: she gave me no paper work to document what was done or even if anything was corrected or inspected. Also, what she stated to me “If I have any more concerns call her” I did twice; but no response. I call the same phone number, she was texting me from a week earlier. She advise they; rotated tires at my request, she stated they put rear shocks; but they issue is in the front. I call back ask for the used car manager first letter of his name “T” and “A” they push me off. Pretty much my concerns; was clearly not a priority. Manager “A” said the front shocks, was my expense and that; I had to purchase them with own money; after having the car less than five days. Which I complain from day one. Surprisingly, they wouldn’t even honor the high warranty; they sold me; my buying experience was a “Nightmare on Raeford Street” My salesman first letter of his name “D”; call me to send him; my friends and family to Reed-Lallier Chevrolet; which I don’t see myself doing that. I don’t want any one; I care about to experience what my wife and I did, or anyone for that matter. We are health care professionals; we choose General Motors went there because I felt; I would be treated with dignity and respect. I felt like this was a lemon; hidden under the words certified vehicle; that’s how they got me. Reed-Lallier Chevrolet has this statement typed on there website; read below; I quote; “Our commitment to our customers continues well beyond the date of purchase. We also have a professional team of Chevrolet technicians on hand with the skills and equipment to handle all manner of maintenance and repairs, as well as a full stock of authentic parts” Which is clearly not true. I’m writing my letter; to express my concerns so that this same Car Dealership Reed- Lallier Chevrolet; can really value there customers, the way, that they should. I have also; address my complaint to the bank; so that I can have this loan Revoked; even though; I Signed the Contract. If any one else has had this same experience; please reach out and tag me on this Facebook Post and Google Review, Yelp and Birdeye. Sincerely, the Daniels Family. 03/05/2022 8:44pm More
One word describes the service and customer treatment we received: Excellent. We were enroute from Florida to New Jersey when a sudden emergency on 95 brought us to Reed-Lallier. The service people were sen received: Excellent. We were enroute from Florida to New Jersey when a sudden emergency on 95 brought us to Reed-Lallier. The service people were sensitive to our dire situation and provided immediate diagnosis and repair for a serious transmission problem in our Suburban. Despite supply chain delays, they repaired the Suburban in less time than we thought possible. They thoroughly explained the problem and kept us up to date on the status of the vehicle. Both Kevin, the Service Advisor, and Gene, the transmission specialist, were impressive: both are knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and friendly - they earned our trust. More

To start I was a loyal costumer of Reed-Lallier but not anymore since they refuse to work on my Chevrolet Trailblazer. I drove 2 hours from Greensboro NC back home to take my vehicle to get it fixed, the anymore since they refuse to work on my Chevrolet Trailblazer. I drove 2 hours from Greensboro NC back home to take my vehicle to get it fixed, the only place I trusted because of being a Chevrolet dealership. I got there, I told them what was going on, they took the truck and the next day I get a call that the battery was low on charge. So i brought them a new battery, while i was on the road with the new battery I get a call that they didn't wanted to touch my truck. I beg the service manager to take a look at my truck, I sign a waiver that if something brakes i was responsible for the damage. Next day passed and I get another call that they did not want to fixed my vehicle. The original problem was that my vehicle did not wanted to crank up. I took the truck back home and it sat on my home for 2 months. I decided to work on it with my brother in law and 3 hrs later my truck had a bad starter. Very bad that a Chevy dealer can fixed a Chevy truck More
