I had a negative experience at a Chevy dealership in Raleigh, so I decided to drive 1.5 hours to Fayetteville to work with Ray. Reed-Lallier had good reviews on various websites and Ray's name had appeared in several of the reviews. All the reviews are true-great dealership! Everyone was very professional and friendly, and it did not seem like anyone was rushing us to make a purchase (especially since I also had my 1.5 year old at the car appointment too). Ray made sure I understood all the paperwork, how all the tech/settings worked in the car, and was willing to work with us on the price of the car/trade-in. I really appreciated all the time Ray took with us! If I ever decided to buy another car or someone asked me about a Chevy dealership, I would 100% recommend Reed-Lallier and Ray Johnson. Worth the drive! More

My Chevrolet Tahoe is a 2019, yet Reed Lallier charged me over $800 for fluid and filter change on it. There isn't any way that there can be a $500 difference between two dealerships performing the exact same service. More

This is my second review. The first review was done a day or two after we purchased our daughter a Trax. We purchased the 2024 Trax on 4-9-24. Ray was wonderful. I even went and gave him a 5 star rating. He asked me and my husband to give him a rating. Both of us gave a 5 star rating and discussed how great he was. We did not give our daughter the car until mid May. It was for a graduation gift. She is going to college and needs a dependable car. She drove the car for less than 5 weeks and the evaporator went out on the air conditioner. We took it on 6/18/24 to get fixed, Here it is 7/11/24 and the car has been parked for over 3 weeks and still not fixed and nice Ray has turned out to be not so nice after the final sale. I called on 6/19/24 to see if he could keep me updated on the progress of the car since the service department had been hacked by CDK and he told me that was not his department but if I ever wanted to purchase another vehicle to come see him. He only cares about the sale and when something goes wrong, he has no problem telling you he has nothing to do with service and to call them. We have spoken to Ray a combined of 2 times about our car issues. So buyers beware, just because it is new does not mean it is dependable and I can tell you that if you buy from Ray, he will no longer help you in any way to get the problem fixed after the final sale. I even called and left a message on 6/27/24 for Luther Paul the manager of sales to call me to discuss my options since the car was still not fixed due to the part not being available and Ray being of no help. He never returned that call. FYI The part we need is not available. There are available evaporator parts for the 2024 Trax and no ETA on when those parts will arrive. More
