Terrible Service Experience Warranties for Charger SRTs states that the warranty is voided is you tamper with, or disconnect the odometer. It also states that damage is not covered if caused by an aftermarket part. All of that is reasonable, but what they failed to do is actually prove that my after market headers caused any damage. All that they would do is point out I have them, like I already didn't know, and push me along. They never tried to troubleshoot, and always just gave excuses as to why they wouldn't be able to find the problem. I decided to go through Chrysler corporation since they weren't doing their job. Wehnn they decided to void my warranty. Why? Their response "because of your after market headers and your check engine light" . Well you know what wasn't done? Anything to actually prove that, it was all speculation. No test were ever done, they don't even know what the problem is with my car. So how can they know the headers caused it? They don't. Yet they voided the warranty, which is in direct violation with the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, a federal law. I would understand if they actually proved anything, but like I said. They don't even know what is wrong with my car, so how can they say it's the parts fault? Ridiculous. In all honesty, the service techs were always really nice and helpful, and did what they could. It's just the fact that I was bringing my car here for 5000 miles, the mechanics never once found, rather, they never attempted to actually find what was wrong. They made assumptions, broke the law,and voided my warranty. They have the burden of proof, not I. More

Mike and Colin were very helpful in keeping me informed in what was going to happen. Additionally when the gentlemen I bought my van from saw me there he came out to see if everything was ok. Terry Mykins then helped me get the settled into the rental and kept in touch to see how we were doing and if there was anything he could help with. Another thing I appreciated was they returned my van nice and shiny and pretty like I just bought it. Thank you OPJeep Service for taking care of me and my van. More

I was very pleased with the care I received from her and would like to say thanks. The work was done quickly and at the price I was told, though it costs more now. My only small complaint was they didn't use a fender cover on one side as I keep my Challenger SRT8 very clean and when I got home I noticed smeared gunk all over the one fender I had to use product to get off. Otherewise quite pleased. More

I've had my 2013 Wrangler in for service on 3 occassions since I bought it. My first time was for a complimentary oil change. The second service was to replace a faulty water pump and the third occassions since I bought it. My first time was for a complimentary oil change. The second service was to replace a faulty water pump and the third experience was for a safety recall. On all three occasions the service department at OP Jeep was professional and friendly. They provided the service as requested in the amount of time that I was promised. All work was completed in a quality manner. I would recommend them this service department as competant and professional. More

The Service Dept. truly opens their doors and rolls out the red carpet. I have always been pleased with their quality of service. Today is no exception. I had my Jeep in today (10/04/13) for a routine oil change and recall service to my 2007 Jeep Gr Cherokee LTD. It was completed within 1 1/2 hours in addition to a vehicle checkup. During the vehicle checkup they noticed a nail in the right rear tire. They repaired the tire for me at no charge. Keep up the First Class Service guys!! More
We bought our 2004 Jeep Liberty new from Overland Park Jeep. We've had great luck with it. Recently we had A/C trouble with it while out of town. We had no choice but to have it repaired out of town. When we got back to Kansas City, the A/C trouble returned. We brought it to Overland Park Jeep. Doug was very fair with us considering our situation and the typical high cost of A/C repairs. And they solved the problem! I would Highly recommend their service department. More
