Great Sales, Awful Service I gave Reed Jeep five stars in my previous review because the purchasing experience was good. I need to warn others that post-sales service is awful. I leased a Grand Cherokee in August and was given a two-month temporary tag. At the end of two months, I still did not have license plates and was leaving town with the vehicle for two weeks. I left well over 10 messages for the Finance person I was told to speak with about it. I never had a returned call. I called the Salesman I bought the car from and he reached out to the Finance person and assured me I would hear back. I never did. The day before I left town I went in and they ended up giving me a Dealer plate. Now, three and a half months after leasing, I still had the Dealer plate and it was expiring. I called the Finance guy and left four messages over two days. Not one was returned. I finally was able to get a hold of someone that could help me out. Turns out they had my license plates for over a month, but no one let me know. I went in to pick them up and there was an additional $50 fee for Title Penalty - $25 for each month I did not have the license. I want to reach out to the General Manager to explain the issue and they refuse to share his email with me. That should tell you something about their view of customer service. There are plenty of Jeep Dealerships in the area. If you want service beyond writing a check, I would go elsewhere. More

Originally, I talked with Adam McCall and made a service appointment for one day. Due to an unforeseen circumstance, I called Adam back and rescheduled the appointment for two days later. Adam made me feel as though my change in schedule wasn't an inconvenience. When I finally brought my Jeep into Reed Automotive for service last week, I worked with Justin Gilmore. Both gentleman were friendly, welcomed my business, were patient with my many questions, kept me informed about the process (and costs) from start to finish and were especially professional.. The service time was reasonable. I was in and out of the dealership to continue with my day in a very short time. Working with Adam and Justin was easy! Thank you! More
Unexpected Service Work I have a newer Jeep Wrangler but with high miles. I had brought it in for scheduled preventative maintenance. During their inspection they did find I have a newer Jeep Wrangler but with high miles. I had brought it in for scheduled preventative maintenance. During their inspection they did find items that unexpectedly required repair. Justin was up front and clear about what needed to be done. He went through the cost of each repair, knowing the time requirements to make the repairs a loaner vehicle was offered to me. Upon returning to the dealership to pickup my vehicle Justin again went through the invoice for the repair with me explaining how they arrived at each expense. Although it is never fun to incur unexpected expenses i appreciated the he took the time to explain things to me. I would much rather have this repair done while at the dealership during a scheduled appointment versus be stranded on a road somewhere. More

This dealership did not pressure us, and came up with a fair estimate around $300. They fixed the car, and its working great!! More
