Chris Jones was helpful in the purchase from start to finish. He was never one of the pushy people trying to get over on someone. I have a few people are Reed Jeep that need Recognized. Rae Ellis made the Car buying portion super easy and fast, He stayed late for us to come look at the vehicle and had all of our paperwork ready to Rae Ellis made the Car buying portion super easy and fast, He stayed late for us to come look at the vehicle and had all of our paperwork ready to go when we decided to go ahead with the purchase. Shortest amount of time I have ever spent in a dealership. Unfortunately, at no fault to the dealer, on our way home we noticed the transmission had a shudder to it. Which made us very concerned and not sure if we wanted to keep the vehicle. We called first thing the next morning, and let them know our concerns, we took it back to them and they put us in a loaner vehicle while they looked into it. While it has been in service we have been working with Raul - Sales Manager, Greg the Service Manager and Frank the Service Advisor. They have all been fantastic at keeping me updated and answering all of my questions I have had. Frank has called and sent messages with each update, I truly appreciated knowing what was going on each day. The Vehicle needed a transmission to resolve its issue. They got it approved with Zurich to have it replaced and I should have my vehicle back within the next week. (So process is taking a little less than 2 weeks - Not bad considering what the vehicle needs). So 10/10 Recommend the Sales Department and Service Department for any vehicle needs. Thank you again. My wife and had been looking for a nice used Durango for a few mknths. We came across several on different websites. Including a 2018 at Reed Jeep Dodge, in Merium Ks. Out of 6 dealers contacted only 2 repl a few mknths. We came across several on different websites. Including a 2018 at Reed Jeep Dodge, in Merium Ks. Out of 6 dealers contacted only 2 replied. They were both super nice. One vehicle reveived hail damage before we could get there. Our sales associate Armund, and our finance associate Tyler, were by far the best ive worked with. Very polite, knowledgeable, and super to deal with. The whole staff at Reed were top notch. I will continue to make the 2.5 hour trip down there for anything else i need in the future. This dealership does not stand behind their vehicles or the work they perform on vehicles. I bought 4 vehicles from them at the same time. One had issues from the time I drove it off the lot. I took it in the work they perform on vehicles. I bought 4 vehicles from them at the same time. One had issues from the time I drove it off the lot. I took it in multiple times to get fixed, they kept trying to fix the issue and it was never resolved. The GM Jeff said he was no longer going to work on the issue that was there from the time it was drove off the lot. Instead of trying to fix it he wanted me to trade in the vehicle so that he didn't have to work on anymore because it was costing him too much money to fix. I tried to talk through it and was shut down. I had to go to McCarthy Hyundai to get the work done with factory parts instead of after market parts for the issue to be resolved. I tried contact Jeff to have him reimburse me after the issue was resolved and he didn't want to do anything about it because I didn't come to him first to give him the opportunity to have his guys fix it at a fraction of the cost, which is exactly what I did with trying to get them to fix it in the first place before having to take it somewhere else. DO NOT take your car to this vehicle for service. More
