Purchased Grand Cherokee Summit in 2018 new. My wife has always driven the vehicle. Has never touched a country road. Water pump goes out on our way home from a trip. By the time we got home the vehicle has 36,100 miles on it. They were not going to warranty it but eventually did. Now at 63,000 miles the vehicle has an oil leak. I could tell that it was not coming from the engine but could not identify exactly where. Took it into Reed and the diagnosis was a blown motor mount (apparently a common issue). Brandon Wright determines it would need 2 motor mounts and a oil pan - Estimate was $3589. I refused to have them fix it. Paid the $165 to have the tech shine a flashlight at that part of the motor. We took our vehicle to Olathe Transmission and $1,003 later, problem solved. We'll be looking for a new vehicle within a year. We won't make this mistake again. More

I said if you put tires on I’d buy it. They said not enough money to drop price anymore. They emailed few days later said dropping price again. I emailed said I’d take it and give me price for tires. Next day contacted them to get information for bank to pay. They said sorry we sold it last night knowing very well I was going to do paperwork in morning. Salesman said he didn’t know what happened. Pretty shady. They would not have dropped price if I had not been in negotiations with them on it. Never dealing with them again. Hope it’s not raining on people who bought car because tires were horrible bad. More
