Frank Weems puts all other salesmen to shame I went to Reed Jeep to view a used car I saw online. I expected to get the same phony, full-on pressure attack I encountered at every other dealership I went to Reed Jeep to view a used car I saw online. I expected to get the same phony, full-on pressure attack I encountered at every other dealership I went to over the previous 2 weeks. What a pleasant surprise when Frank answered my phone call. He politely answered my questions and did not want to know exactly what time I was coming in to view the car like all the other salesmen did. They would say, when are you coming, when are you coming ... then when you don't show up they hound you by text and email and phone, Ugh! Made my crazy. When we went for our test drive, he answered my questions, but again no pressure pitch. He was completely professional, but very friendly. Instead of being irritated I could relax and concentrate on driving/inspecting the vehicle I went to see. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND FRANK WEEMS! Clayton also went above and beyond on helping me find the right fit to better suit my needs. I went home thought a little about it then came back and looked again on my own. Monday morning Clayton called me and asked what I thought. From that point on I knew it was real I was treated with in my opinion the best customer service I have ever received. I felt accepted and not pressured into buying anything at all. I had a few struggles on decisions on a trade in or a cash down, previous experience most places didn’t like that and Clayton was understanding and even gave some great advice to keep me in the green.
