But this time between using the Costco program and working with the great people at Reed, I have to say this was the best experience in a long, long time. Everyone was very helpful and informative. I felt no pressure to buy or add on items, which is refreshing. The people there kept me informed about the process and everything worked out very well. I must add that the receptionist, Jenny, is a pure delight! I had a few calls to make to over the course of time and each time she was right there and very friendly and knowledgeable. You could always just tell she was smiling when she was on the phone with you! Her position makes her the face of the dealership and the dealership could not have made a better choice. More
