Since I live approximately 2 and a half hours drive away from Overland Park, KS, Chris returned emails and sent photos of different vehicles to me and my coworker until I found the right vehicle. I was able to make arrangements with Chris over the phone so when I drove up to pick the vehicle up, it went smoothly and quickly so we could get back on the road and be home before dark. Chris took time to show me about the features of the Jeep and was very knowledgable about the Jeep and all of the electronics. I would know, since I experienced it first-hand the day before at a different Jeep dealership. My experience with Jessica was the opposite of that. I sat down with Jessica and she went through my preferred options and my budget. Instead of trying to have me take a test drive of a model I couldn't afford, she went through each car at the dealership to find the right fit. She was happy to go over pricing and numbers before the test drive. She answered all of my questions and was very straightforward the entire time. She called and spoke with the dealership about the vehicle, and they were very honest and open about all the details, and were willing to work with us in whatever way possible. We asked a relative in Kansas City if they would test drive the vehicle for us, and Clayton got it all set up. Once we heard how the test drive went, we were satisfied that the car was right for us. My wife drove the four hours to pick up the vehicle, and Clayton came in on his day off to make sure she was completely satisfied with the vehicle and to help get the trade and all the paperwork completed quickly and easily for us.
