The only downside to my experience was a long wait time, I expected to be there for an hour and a half or two, but it ended up being around 3-4 between two days. I dont put the blame on any one person, they were busy when I went to pick up the vehicle, but if it were a little less of a wait time I would have given all 5's. More

3/3/12 I had came to the Overland Park area for soccer tournament with my daughter and my rear passanger window decided to have problems. Best buying experience we have ever had!! The staff at OP Jeep is knowledgeable and courteous and the facility is comfortable and clean. All of my questions were answered beyond my satisfaction and we were provided with a stress free no pressure decision making environment. I should also mention that we brought along our 4 month old daughter and we were provided with clean and comfortable area to tend to her needs when necessary. We purchased a 2011 Durango and we LOVE it! We look forward to going back to OP Jeep for maintenance on our vehicle. I am confident that we will continue to have a wonderful experience. More
