To be completly honest, the Dodge Journey wasn't even on the radar, let alone the short list. After noticing one at a stop light, I decided to do a little research and couldn't be happier. This car comes well equiped, nice looking both inside and out. The fit & finish is superior to the others in the segment,hands down. Joe and Vince Williams in the finance department, are a credit to the dealership. Both men were professional in their skills and wonderful to work with. I highly recomend Overland Park J/D/C to anyone looking for a car purchase. This was the most enjoyable car purchase I have ever experienced. I will make Joe my first call when I'm ready to replace my Pontiac Torrent, as this Journey was for my wife. More

I have to separate the salesman from the dealer because there was quite a difference. The salesman was knowledgeable and friendly but the other salesmen in the lobby of the used cars weren't. They had the demeanor of being bothered by our presence. No one spoke to us when we were waiting or even smiled. The manager didn't talk to us until the sale was made. He walked past us to test drive our trade in without a word. The experience with the person who prepared the closing papers was BAD. We were told by our salesman there was one couple ahead of us. They checked us in at 3:20 on the board and we waited for one hour and 20 minutes! This was unacceptable. I've bought several cars, but never waited that long, so I wasn't happy. However, I bought a nice Jeep from them, but frankly, it sold itself! More

We found the dealership's website easy to use and found a couple RAM trucks we wanted to look at. Terry quickly responded and was available when we arrived. Gary was very informative and helpful. The price was a fair price. It was disappointing that there was a seatbelt not working and there was only one key/remote for the vehicle. Everyone was just superb from our beginning with Jim and Josh to the addition of the tow package with Jon to finance with Vince. I don't like shopping for new cars because of the normal high pressure salesperson approach. Travis is a different breed. WOW, what an experience we had. From the test drive, throught the vehicle specifications to the future bond he said that they want to have, convinced us this was the dealer we wanted to purchase from. We did visit 2 other local area Chrysler dealers and we immediately came back to Overland Park Jeep/Chrysler. I want to elaborate on our financial experience with Vince Williams, Financial Specialist. We had an approved rate with a blank check ready to purchase, Vince took one look and said from the get go I can do better.... And better he did. He was so passionate on getting us the best deal, he said he wanted another day to keep working on the best rate. We agreed and he did beyond our expectations. So, here's the bottom line. If your in the market for a Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge vehicle go to Overland Park Jeep/Chrysler first, ask for Travis and you won't go anywhere else, and if you compare, I guarantee you will go back...
