I came into the dealership looking to test drive a Patriot Sport. I guess I looked a little lost and Steve Schulte met me at the door with a friendly hello and directed me to the Jeep Patriots. I contacted Overland Park via e-mail along with two other dealers in the area looking for a RAM 1500. Terry Mykin was quick to respond with a bottom line price that was far better than anyone. When I arrived at the dealership Terry answered my questions and was able to get me the deal that I wanted on my trade in. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The financing specialist not only beat the rate my bank pre-approved me at, but then approached me before I left the lot with even better interest rate!!!! This dealership goes the extra mile to take care of you. I drove 130 miles to do business with them and it was worth it!!!! I strongly recommend them and will be back to buy a car for my wife. More
When first choosing to use the Overland Park Jeep Dealership, I was perfectly satisfied at the fact that my AAA insurance carrier was cooperative and very supportive with sending my car there for the Dealership, I was perfectly satisfied at the fact that my AAA insurance carrier was cooperative and very supportive with sending my car there for the repairs from my car accident. After having a ridiculous amount of delays and attempting to contact numerous people, it was almost a month of my car being at the dealer before being even started on. As patient as I've tried to be, Overland Park Jeep claimed that they weren't at fault for anything whatsoever, especially the delays within this process. After carefully examining the emails, phone calls and even having someone check in on my vehicle just to be sure that the repairs were actually happening there was fault on them for how long the process was taking. I stand behind the fact that I know the repairs weren't exactly easy but if I knew that I was going to be dealing with people who seemed to be talking down to me, I would have taken it to the Gladstone Jeep dealer that I bought it from. I have no doubt that there wouldn't have been this many issues because of the efficient work they had already done for me in the past. After picking up my "repaired" Jeep 2 days ago, I was thoroughly surprised when my Jeep would not start last night when leaving my softball games. Luckily, I had a friend who walked out with me that took a look under the hood for me. Come to find out, Jeep didn't put my battery back properly. On my way home, thankfully a friend was following me because my car completely shut off at the top of a hill on Johnson Drive and Renner leaving me sitting there without the use of even my hazards. Which in and of itself is a HUGE problem. After being able to find a socket wrench to tighten the battery as much as we could at midnight... I was able to get home with my check engine light on the entire time. After letting it sit overnight and praying that it would start this morning, I was able to get the car running and make it to work with the check engine light still on. My largest frustration comes from the fact that I feel as though I was dealing with a used car dealer with the way that I was being talked to the entire time with not knowing when things would be done to the blame being put on other parties and him in a sense, telling me what I wanted to hear. But throughout this entire process and me getting ready to have my rental car allowance policy used up, they did absolutely nothing to reassure me that they would help with any of my inconvenience. It was always someone else's fault. I have another appointment this afternoon to get the problematic things looked at on the car because they need to fix what they didn't entirely finish the first time... but in the future, I will not be returning to this dealer even though it's the most convenient one for me to go to. I will be taking my business elsewhere. More

TJ Roberts was the best salesman. He was not pushy. We could not decide on which vehicle we wanted. TJ was very patient with us. Walked all over the lot with us. This was my first car buying experience and Vince was wonderful. Very thorough and explained things well and provided many options. He was helpful in helping me move the car buying purchase along (he worked out all the details)-Im very appreciative for all his help. These 2 men (and Mike Sullivan, who help by working out this deal with my dad) totally changed my view of this dealership. I had been in a month prior by myself and the new car sales man was not helpful. It seemed as if I was wasting his time, he stood with his hands in his pockets and when I asked to see a 2012 jeep he nodded to the showroom floor and said "there's one," to which I had to go and open the doors myself to look in it. I left and thought, I would never buy a car here! But, this shows how a sales man can make or break someones opinion based on the first impression they give. Due to my dad and Mike's business relationship I returned to the dealership and was helped by Jim and recieved a new impression from your dealership and decided to make a purchase with your branch.
