Easy, quick, and stress-free Dreaded buying a new car through a dealer. Costco pre-negotiated pricing led us to Reed Jeep. Dishonest The sales person was nice but the dealership is dishonest. We purchased a used car from them, that was advertised as "non-smoking". When I first looked at the car it was very cold and I couldnt smell anything. The day of purchase we started noticing an old smoke smell. As the day got warmer, the smoke smell got stronger and stronger. It was clear that the car WAS smoked in. I dont know if it was by a previous owner or by a dealership employee. We immediately contacted the dealership. They stated that "there is no return policy on a used car". The sales manager also stated "they didnt need to do anything because we purchased the car" My advice to you is DONT BUY a car from this dealership. Reed Jeep is dishonest, reminding us why Car Salesmen are disliked and not trusted. The positive reviews are not reflective of my experience with Reed Jeep. More

All recalls and work have been done by Martin Vitt at Reed. I have never had to return for the same issue and always have my truck back in 24 hours. No one else will touch the Jeep we just bought either. I highly recommend Reed Jeep. More

I had just moved to Kansas and getting settled in a new job when on Saturday, January 11, 2020 a very fierce snowstorm hit the area I am living. I looked on line to at least 30 dealers before I found the one I wanted...the dealership saw I was online...a Shelly messaged and then called me. She gave me to Chris Jones and I call him and tell him I am on my way. In short...even though they knew I needed Jeep they had they still treated me so fairly...gave me a discount and made buying my Jeep such a smooth and pleasant experience. Chris Jones is great and so professional. He made the whole car buy situation I was in easy and comfortable. He explained all the features of the Jeep during our talk in the office and on the test drive. When i was done with finance he had the car all cleaned up...full tank of gas and was ready to go. And i need to add this last bit of great service that just happened. Chris texted me and said after the sale they had found a recall on the Jeep. He is going to come to.my place of work tomorrow morning...take the care into his service and have the recall for a software update done and bring the car back! What car dealership does that!
