I had many questions, inquiries, and accessory changes over a period of seven weeks before delivery. He knew when to step back to give me time to think but was always there with a smile whenever I needed help. He remained calm when I couldn't. There is no better communicator out there. Even when he wasn't responsible for an area or employee I needed help from, Joe jumped in and actually seemed to enjoy getting things done for me or having the responsible person get in touch. He rolled up his sleeves and was out in the rain with me while finding a way to fit some removed factory parts into the new vehicle before driving it home. I know that he and the other staff members are often extremely busy, but that doesn't keep him from providing a positive experience to a customer. I actually paid a few hundred dollars more for my Jeep at OP Jeep than I would have here in my hometown. When comparing my interaction with employees at the different agencies, it was worth every penny and I'd do it all over again. Here is a salesman to trust if ever there was one.
