Worst car service I have ever experienced. Waited 5 hours and all they did was install a brake switch (The advisor that helped me actually said, “I forgot you were here.” and they charged me $225 and they d and all they did was install a brake switch (The advisor that helped me actually said, “I forgot you were here.” and they charged me $225 and they didn’t fix what I came in for (malfunctioning ABS system). Took my Jeep back the next week (taking away from my work) and the supervisor told me I should probably take an Uber home, which isn’t close. They never offered a loaner or rental car. After I got home, he calls me up and wants to know if I want to come pick the Jeep up (even though they didn’t fix it) and bring it back when it starts malfunctioning again. I was in disbelief at this point. My ABS system was malfunctioning and I told him I needed it fixed now. He seemed annoyed that I wanted my Jeep fixed. Never experienced more incompetent, unprofessional and rude service from anyone. They never apologized. When I picked up my Jeep, the gas was on empty, even though I had half a tank when I brought it in. As a business owner myself, I couldn’t believe how they treated customers. More

Reed Jeep had the only build of a Wrangler that my wife and I desired, in stock. They were the only one within 300 mile radius that had it available. We were greeted by Andrew Horsch, a sales professional and I desired, in stock. They were the only one within 300 mile radius that had it available. We were greeted by Andrew Horsch, a sales professional at the dealership. Andrew and I had conversed back and forth via text's and emails for about two weeks. Andrew was courteous, and very attentive to answer all questions. We presented Reed with a FCA affiliate control number to obtain associate pricing. There was a hiccup with getting the control number to approve. Reed Jeep told us they would work on a resolve for us with FCA. They did, was able to correct the issue and got the FCA approval for our associate pricing. Reed Jeep and Andrew Horsch went out of their way and above normal process of the sale to insure that we got the absolute best pricing on our new Jeep. Very happy we drove the 6 hours to buy from them. More

We came to Reed Jeep all the way from St. Louis after a few VERY miserable experiences trying to buy one here. Chris was awesome from the start. I starting chatting online with him. Moved to text. We filled out paperwork online and picked up our vehicle that afternoon! THE most pleasant car buying experience I’ve had and I’m 50 years old and have owned quite a few cars. Immediately referred a friend who has been struggling to find a Dodge. We had questions - all of which he had answers to. As others have said, he’s a Jeep owner himself and knows his stuff. By far the worst experience I've ever had with a dealership. They kept my car for a week. Didn't address everything I requested, changed the price 3 times, interfered with a recall that had already dealership. They kept my car for a week. I picked my car up yesterday and I'm now stranded. My car locked up and won't start. Several dash lights came on regarding my brakes and tires my car will not turn over. I have had this car for 4 years and have had zero issues. The guy who brought my car in for pickup had a jump box. When asked if he had to use it on my car, he flat out lied and said "no," but not even an hour later I was stranded. I called the dealership today and talked to Greg. He claims my battery failed a load test, but they failed to tell me that! When I spoke with Nathan, all he said was we recommend you change your battery and Wiper blades. He never said it failed a test and wouldn't start and definitely never said they had to use a jump box to start my car. In 4 years of owning this vehicle that has never happened. I had so many issues with this dealership. I'm planning to file a complaint as soon as I get to my computer. I have no idea what these people did to my car, but they definitely caused all these issues. Update: Greg the Service Manager got upset that I wrote a review and is refusing to address any issues with my vehicle. He told me to take my vehicle somewhere else. Not sure why he thinks I'm going to pay another shop to fix their mistakes. I know employers are having staffing shortages right now, but the fact that they have someone like this representing their company is shameful and embarrassing. Find another dealer, this place isn't it. More

When I called them they tired to justify the price because of all the rebates and other cost they had....so I wanted to back out on the deal and salesman said find but we will keep your deposit....THEY DO NOT CARE!!!!!! They should pass a bill making the dealer show their rating as you call or drive in the dealer.....most would have to close and this should be one of them........BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
