I was shocked at how well this dealership took care of me. Liz McMullen and Clayton Mark never gave up trying to get me the best deal. That was unacceptable to Kent, he gave me an excellent deal on an extended warranty for the life of the loan and my payment didn’t go up at all. She sent videos, pics forms to fill out online for the trade and within less than 24 hours I had my mom there at 8:15 on a Saturday to purchase the car and she was back home before noon. Bought a used Jeep from them. We live in Missouri so the car needed a MO inspection. The car did not pass inspection, which seemed a bit odd. Called sales guy and as expected he said bring it in to service “they’ll take care of you”. Sat there for 3 hours - they fixed nothing but diagnosed the issue and offered to order parts and fix for another $3,500. I should point out that they made sure to mention that they waived the $200 diagnostic fee - as if they were doing me a favor. I did not accept their repair offer and after 5 or 6 back and forth trips from salesguy to ‘ask the manager’ - I got to meet the very pleasant and helpful General Manager. Boy, he’s a real gem. Basically, he didn’t have time to talk to me, nor did he give a rip about the situation. I would not suggest anyone consider doing business with this dealership. More
