Bought a used Jeep from them. We live in Missouri so the car needed a MO inspection. The car did not pass inspection, which seemed a bit odd. Called sales guy and as expected he said bring it in to service “they’ll take care of you”. Sat there for 3 hours - they fixed nothing but diagnosed the issue and offered to order parts and fix for another $3,500. I should point out that they made sure to mention that they waived the $200 diagnostic fee - as if they were doing me a favor. I did not accept their repair offer and after 5 or 6 back and forth trips from salesguy to ‘ask the manager’ - I got to meet the very pleasant and helpful General Manager. Boy, he’s a real gem. Basically, he didn’t have time to talk to me, nor did he give a rip about the situation. I would not suggest anyone consider doing business with this dealership. More

Found a vehicle online with auto trader and living 3. 5 hours from the dealership I sent my son over to check it out. He drove over Monday looked at the car but the tires on it were very bad so he asked i 5 hours from the dealership I sent my son over to check it out. He said the tires are acceptable for sale but my son asked to see what he could do. We waited Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday assuming they had already sold the vehicle but this morning how Friday received an email asking if we could come in today or tomorrow and if we would purchase if they installed tires. I replied I didn’t have time today or tomorrow and we would’ve purchased already if we had heard from them but we hadn’t. The response from them didn’t seem respectful and made me feel the blame for the missed communication but never received a call or email from them about the purchase. I responded kindly we are no longer interested in moving forward with the purchase and wish to no longer received communication from this dealership. I will search to make my purchase elsewhere. More
