I came in a bit frustrated that my front passenger side turn signal bulb had gone out yet again (that was twice on both front (driver and passenger side) blinkers/bulbs). I've otherwise been super happy with my 2015 Genesis - but to have to come in every 5-6 months to replace bulbs without any root cause or overall fix to the issue was something I was concerned/annoyed with. Not only did Jordan help me - apparently this is a known issue and a bulletin was issued by Hyundai to hopefully address it. Tyler was great and we did a cost share/split for the bulletin fix since I've had to deal with this multiple times. And then to top off the great service, Quentin did a FANTASTIC job detailing my car - that was not something I had asked about so was quite surprised to see my car washed and fully detailed - the inside looks amazing. So I came into the dealership disappointed/frustrated at this problem and left appreciative of the great service and happy that I'm a customer of Reed Hyundai. Thanks again. More

Awesome service and the valet that picked up was super nice. He caught me by surprise as I was not expecting him to return the car so fast. As a widow dealing with car maintenance for the first time, trust is vitally important. The staff is always clear about what is needed and why, and even when it can wait until the next visit. As a bonus, I have never been to Reed Hyundai that the staff wasn't exceptionally friendly and courteous. For instance, I mentioned that I wanted the car checked out because of an upcoming driving trip that I was taking. Even though someone else checked me out, Joseph wished me a "nice trip" as I was leaving. How thoughtful! More
