Based on the amount of money I spent to have my car repaired, the customer service rep. promised a discount which he never gave. Secondly, I was going to purchase 4 new tires and have them installed repaired, the customer service rep. promised a discount which he never gave. Secondly, I was going to purchase 4 new tires and have them installed but their tire machine was broken so I told the customer service rep. I would purchase tires somewhere else. He said that he would price match if I found the same tire somewhere else. I did, sent him the information and he said tires at Walmart (even for the exact same tire) are not the same, that tires at Walmart "are a much softer rubber which don't last as long." I call BS since the exact same tire at Walmart was $58 less per tire. More

When we were able to get back he was ready to go with the paperwork and made the whole buying process easy and enjoyable. More
Great Dealership , Staff friendly, not pushy or over bearing as some dealerships have been. When we got out to the car , we asked an employee in the garage about the car not being washed, was told they only do that at the new building being built next door and they aren't ready yet . Funny , always got it washed at this building before . Don't think Josh even knew that it wasn't washed . We had another appointment so didn't go back inside . More

Easy, no pressure experience. Everyone was very friendly and quick communication.
