Service was good but major disconnect between the call center that set up my appt and the service center! First they didn't update my address in both systems and sent the delivery guy to the wrong house t center that set up my appt and the service center! I would offer as a selling suggestion to the sales rep (which we did at the time of vehicle pickup) to include both parties who are looking. My wife was left off of the initial paperwork for the title. We had to wait to get that fixed. All told, we spent way too many hours waiting on Finance to complete the transaction before us. To the point we had to leave for a 5PM appointment after being there since noon and come back on the following Monday at 8:30. And then it was still another 2.5 hours to complete the process. More

I've been here multiple times in the past and did not have good experiences so I've been avoiding it. However, this time our car had an airbag light come on and it was under warranty so I had to go to a have good experiences so I've been avoiding it. However, this time our car had an airbag light come on and it was under warranty so I had to go to a dealership. I tried McCarthy, but they were too busy so I was forced to come here again. I had hoped maybe enough time had passed so I would have a good experience. I did not. Everyone there was very helpful and nice, that is not the issue. The problem is that we dropped it off for an appointment set at 11am on Thursday. I was told my car would be ready sometime on Friday. By 5pm I hadn't heard so I called. Got disconnected, called back. Have to transfer, hold etc...finally get someone on the phone that could answer my question and they said the part hadn't arrived so it wouldn't be ready until tomorrow now. Ok fine. They said it would be ready between 12-1pm on Saturday. By the end of business Saturday they had not called me for an update. We did not NEED the car (luckily) so I let it slide, knowing they would be closed on Sunday. On Monday I had to CALL THEM to see if my car was ready. No one called me. They were doing a warranty repair and a recall so we didn't owe them a dime. I think that is why they did not put any priority on informing me of what was going on. More
