Fantastic sales associate, Isaiah Taylor, he possesses great knowledge of the Hyundai my wife and I test drove and pointed out new items that our 2018 Santa Fe Sport didn't have. Since the color we wan great knowledge of the Hyundai my wife and I test drove and pointed out new items that our 2018 Santa Fe Sport didn't have. Since the color we wanted wasn't on the lot he proceeded to find out the incoming autos which ironically the color we wanted was included. So within a couple weeks we were driving our new car. This was a "NO" stress trade. Kudos to Reed Hyundai. More

Thankfully they were pretty quick considering that they seemed to be understaffed and there was a child throwing a ball off the wall, so I did not have to sit there all that long. Jordan and Tyler did a fantastic job. I had warranty and service work performed which was completed when they said it would. During my recent appointment to have my car serviced (oil change and cabin filter replacement) everyone was helpful and courteous. I received a text suggesting one additional item for my car, which included change and cabin filter replacement) everyone was helpful and courteous. I received a text suggesting one additional item for my car, which included the price. I opted to wait until my next service appointment concerned I would receive pressure to get this additional service. That never happened, after opting out no one tried to pressure me to pay extra. I'm very happy about that. More
