Overall, had an excellent experience at Shawnee Mission Hyundai. The only slightly negative perception was when we were greeted. Sales people were just standing around and it didn't appear that anyone wa Hyundai. The only slightly negative perception was when we were greeted. Carolina and Michael were great to work with, we really appreciated them letting us test drive the car for a few days, which wasn't something other dealers were willing to do, and it was really helpful in deciding which car we wanted to buy. Carolina was our primary contact and we had a great time working with her. We could tell she just loves these cars and didn't have to sell us to hard to buy one, but just gave us the information and encouraged us in whichever direction we wanted to go. She was wonderful to work with. Thanks Shawnee Mission Hyundai for a great experience and our wonderful new Sonata!! More

My husband and I were jus beginning our search for a new car several months ago. It was on a Friday night and since the dealership was closed we were just going to wander around the parking lot checking ou car several months ago. It was on a Friday night and since the dealership was closed we were just going to wander around the parking lot checking out the different models, and options, and pricing. About that time Jon came out after a long work day and was headed for his car, but he saw us in the parking lot and came over like he had nothing better to do on a Friday night than spend his time chatting with us. He walked us around the parking lot answering our questions and showing us different models, even though we told him we just looking and probably would not be in the market for a car until fall. He spent about half an hour of his free time with us, then gave us his card and we parted company. Then as things happen, my car "died" a little sooner than anticipated. So a couple months after our meeting with Jon we headed back to the dealership to talk to Jon, this time about purchasing a car. It was raining that day and inventory was low, but he got permission for us to drive one of the other sales person's cars as it was the model we were thinking of buying. Things were busy, but when there was a question Jon did not know the answer to (as he is new to the business) his sales manager came over and answered the question. Rebecca was wonderful, although I had top credit ratings I was upside down in my other car because of using it as a delivery vehicle for 4 years.
