Wow! Our experience at SMH was exceptional! They truly went out of their way to work with us! We were not sure of their business hours but found when we walked in the new sales office we were given direc went out of their way to work with us! We bought 2 new vehicles from SMH two years ago and had a very positive experience, so when we lost one to an accident, we knew we wanted to replace it at SMH too. I worked with Carolina over the internet first and she answered all my questions and worked out the pre-authorization so all we had to do was come in, pick out a Sonata, and sign the forms. We love the car! Carolina was fantastic at achieving the right level of helpfulness without being pushy. She was so nice and made it extremely easy! Mike in finance actually got our payment LOWER (when does that happen?) than we expected and provided many valuable tips and suggestions. He was terrific! Overall, this was pretty much an ideal transaction and it didn't even feel like we were buying a car...which says a lot! We already tell people to shop here and we'll continue to do so.
