I ABSOLUTELY HATE CAR SHOPPING! I WAS FORCED INTO LOOKING FOR A NEW CAR BECAUSE OF OUR VEHICLE BEING TOTALED OUT BY A CHRISTMAS TREE OF ALL THINGS. I SHOPPED ON THE INTERNET TO AVOID GOING TO A DEAL LOOKING FOR A NEW CAR BECAUSE OF OUR VEHICLE BEING TOTALED OUT BY A CHRISTMAS TREE OF ALL THINGS. I SHOPPED ON THE INTERNET TO AVOID GOING TO A DEALERSHIP BUT HAD NO LUCK. WE HONESTLY HADNT THOUGHT OF BUYING NEW BUT I SAW A 2011 SONATA AND LOVED THE LOOK OF IT. BOB MET US ON AN ABSOLUTELY FREEZING DAY BY COMING OUT TO OUR VEHICLE AS WE WERE DRIVING THROUGH THE LOT. HE WAS JUST GREAT! Shawnee Mission Hyundai was the first dealership I visited. When I arrived, Carolina Shirley opened the door introduced herself and provided information on the SUV I was interested in looking at. Since I was not familiar with the Hyundai or Kia products, Carolina arranged and provided several products from each manufacturer to test drive and compare. I made a decision on the Hyundai Santa Fe, negotiated a fair price, no pressure or hassles.
