Any dealership can "act" friendly and helpful to a potential customer, but I am a very savvy consumer and can see through this veil. What makes this group special is they are professional in a very casual (comfortable)way and they interact with the customer and more important with each other with great respect and care. Michael Downs also made my financial paperwork easy and seamless. I honestly feel like one of the S.M. Hyundai family! I am sought after by many friends to help them with car buying and between the great Hyundai products and the S.M. service, I will be bringing future buyers. BTW, this is my third consecutive Hyundai purchase. Mahalo Criss for allowing me to make the initial offer and working to consumate what I considered a fair transaction. Ms. Frederico is the best example of the professionalism an automobile sales representative should possess at an automotive dealership. Her ability to walkthrough the car purchase environment, giving the ne an automobile sales representative should possess at an automotive dealership. Her ability to walkthrough the car purchase environment, giving the necessary details to make one feel comfortable with the steps involved, is extraordinary. Ms. Frederico has the “whatever-it-takes” attitude during the pre-sale, the purchase process and the post-sale to ensure customer satisfaction. She possesses the great trait of “under promising and over delivering”. One example of this was her post-sale call to me, informing me that they have floor mats for the car and that I could come by to pick them up at my convenience. I don’t believe most sales representatives would have gone out of their way for such a minor item. I would recommend anyone that would be interested in an automobile purchase to find Ms. Frederico for the best experience in an automobile purchase. She is a great asset to Shawnee Mission Hyundai. The dealer was all about finding what I wanted and in my price range. Even though the car I got was a little over, I still appreciate him showing it to me, because it was a newer car and was at a great pric price range. Everyone, we encountered we incredibly nice, outgoing and helpful. We had a great experience from the time we got on the lot. My husband had visited to purchase a used car. Jon had helped him and they sat an appt for me to come and test drive the car the next day. When we arrived, Jon was busy so Frank helped us. We had several others cars to look at and left. When I called Jon later to ask for bottom price as we liked that car but had a better price on our 2nd favorite, he was short. When we arrived back to buy the car he was just ok. What we did not like is that we decided to buy the car and were thrilled with everything. As my husband drove off the lot, he saw the huge window chip that had been covered up by the stickers. Jon cleaned up the car and had to have seen this chip. Everything went down from there in our opinion. We are bringing the car back on Friday to have it detailed, and the gentleman in the front of the office said the chip would be replaced, or the windshield replaced. Just not right that we had to come back with this issue. Too bad since all had been great up until then. We will save our final comments for after the detailing and work on Friday. We hope the job will be so amazing that we forgive the chip issue. More
